Our client’s technology is used by the nation’s largest institutional investors, funds, and accounting firms, by bringing long- established solutions that are creating an all-digital experience that streamlines a tax process that has never been digitized until now. They are completely transforming a 10B market by moving a traditionally analog-based process to an all-digital experience via their software solutions.
Since becoming a standalone organization just 3 months ago with strong VC backing, they have over 250 clients and their products are beloved by 39/100 of the top CPA firms (just one small segment that can benefit from their software solution). They are currently profitable and on the way to 4xing their business by 2023.
The Head / VP of Marketing will be a critical role in scaling this organization to 100MM in the next 3 years. Reporting to the CRO and in close collaboration with senior leadership, Sales, Customer Success, and Product, you’ll ideate, define, and execute various sales initiatives to achieve our long-term and short-term organizational goals. You will be responsible for designing effective marketing strategies and playbooks and overseeing the daily marketing activities.
Liaise with CEO, VP of Product, CRO to scope lead generation program requirements (e.g., origination, nurturing), budget, resource needs and delivery timeframes
Optimize and standardize demand creation approaches across the organization
Create a model to track program success and drive continuous improvement
Oversee Web evolution and social media marketing
Drive continuous performance improvement through the identification, documentation and implementation of demand creation best practices
Develop programmatic campaigns which drive lead generation for the sales force.
Create and manage content for lead generation, digital marketing, social media, and website.
Work with Public Relations firm to draft and distribute press releases
Work with VP of Client Success to develop marketing materials for client retention.
Implement best practices in database management to increase data integrity in our marketing automation system (HubSpot)
Establish standard processes and tools for telemarketing and teleprospecting
Assist in the development of corporate communications
WHO YOU ARE:
Proven marketing leadership experience
You have built (2+) data-driven b2b marketing organizations in hyper-growth / scaling mode
You have significant experience in FinTech / financial software solutions
Innovative, and customer-centric
Experience and willingness to work in a remote-first, distributed team
