Adam Greer

Adam Greer is a seasoned executive recruiter connecting top accounting and finance professionals with clients since 2004.  He mastered best practices during his tenure at Robert Half and Solomon Edwards as well as developing the expertise and urgency expected from his time at boutique executive search firms.  Adam then launched his own firm and built a thriving recruitment business with a focus on helping others and charitable giving. He was recruited to join Meta where he has built lifelong relationships during a very dynamic time for the company.  Adam is excited to join BrainWorks motivated by the culture, leadership team, and entrepreneurial business spirit where he will achieve eminent success while feeding his work-life, give back inspirations.

Adam has worked in various industries including Oil & Gas, Energy, Private Equity, Financial Services, Healthcare, Public Accounting, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Engineering, Retail, Technology as well as Service companies. He has worked with public and privately held companies with roles ranging from Manager, Director, and VP level as well as COO, CFO and CEO searches across Finance and Accounting, Information Technology, Operations and Human Resources.

Adam lives in Nashville, Tennessee but grew up in Houston, Texas and graduated from Texas Tech University. He is an ambassador for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, where he continues to serve on the leadership board. Adam enjoys working out and staying active, attending sporting events, playing golf, and supporting various other charities in his free time.
