Charles leads the Real Estate, Infrastructure and Private Investment practice for BrainWorks. His division focuses on execution, origination, and portfolio management talent for private investment platforms across various asset classes, industries, and strategies. Charles brings 13 years of experience in finance recruitment, successfully partnering with firms ranging from top-5 megafunds to de novo middle market managers and family offices – and everything in between. Over his career, he has honed the skills and abilities to map and execute search processes for investment leadership that can capitalize on nearly any thesis or economic trend. Charles’ foremost concern is always prompt delivery on promises made and candid communication on both sides of the search process, driving long-term relationships with top industry professionals.
Charles is based in Dallas where he lives with his fiancée and German Shepherd. In his free time, he enjoys music, lively conversation and as much travel as his schedule allows.
