Jen Bowers joins BrainWorks as the Practice Leader – Operations and Supply Chain with 13 years of recruiting experience. She successfully launched new offices specializing in Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Operations, and Construction in San Diego, Irvine, and Boston. In her last position at Lucas Group, Executive Senior Partner, she was a high producer for the company while enduring a global pandemic, becoming a new mom, and moving from California to Colorado. What a feat! Prior to that role at Lucas Group, she was the Senior Managing Partner of a startup office in San Diego that grew from 3 recruiters with 500K total revenue to 8 recruiters billing 1.2 million in under 2 years. This office rose to the top 5 in the organization.
Throughout Jen’s career, she has consistently achieved President’s Club status and received awards as top producer nationwide to acknowledge her acumen and success as an executive recruiter. Her industry experience spans CPG, Food and Beverage, Pharma/Animal Pharma/Biotech, Chemical Energy and Power, Heavy Industrial Manufacturing, Construction/Real Estate/Land Development, Aerospace/Defense and Transportation/Logistics. Successful placements have ranged from Plant Director, Vice President of Operations, Head of Quality, Vice President Supply Chain, Director of Logistics, to just name a few. Her knack for establishing rapport with her clients, deep diving on the must-haves, has led to many successful placements in the industry.
Jen lives in Denver, Colorado with her wife and extremely witty and active 14-month-old son and 2 dogs. She loves to travel, cook, and enjoys all outdoor activities. She plays and watches all sports and is a Broncos, 49ers and San Diego Padres fan. To keep herself grounded, Jen practices hot vinyasa yoga every morning!
