Jennifer McAleer

Jennifer McAleer has been in the executive search industry for over 20 years recruiting finance executives across many industries including retail, consumer products, service, private equity, financial services, industrial manufacturing, real estate,  e-commerce, and technology.

Prior to BrainWorks, she worked for Korn Ferry International for 17 years in their Financial Officers Practice and the Finance and Accounting COE. She gained corporate talent acquisition experience in Saks Fifth Avenue’s Talent Acquisition Group where she conducted a leadership-level national search for corporate and retail opportunities.

Before her career in executive search, Jennifer gained experience in finance, retail and marketing. She received a BA degree in Communications from New England College.

When not securing the best talent for her clients or trying to keep up with her young daughter, Jennifer likes to spend time swimming, skiing, kayaking, and knitting.
