Taylor Netz

Taylor Netz joins BrainWorks as a Recruiter for the Interim Accounting & Finance Practice which focuses on contract, consulting, and temporary staffing under the office of the CFO. Taylor started her recruitment career under the guidance and wisdom of Bowen Knarr Jr. and Aaron Francis. Her career experience comes from the retail industry where she was a leader for a big box store in the Human Resources and Logistics departments for over six years. While in this capacity in HR, she created a culture of community outreach and was awarded the most volunteer hours for a store in the district. Taylor joined with law enforcement and teachers in the area to distribute school supplies and clothing to children and families in need. She excelled as a leader among her team members and helped to influence her peers to gain autonomy over all processes within their teams. She is a graduate of Concordia College of Moorhead, MN, and has lived in North Dakota most of her life.  She moved to Boise, ID where she enjoys exploring the outdoors by camping, paddleboarding, snowshoeing, and hiking.
