Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of the Digital Marketing strategy and program implementation.
  • Manage both in-house and agency teams to drive reporting, performance and execution of innovative integrated marketing programs.
  • Collaborate and improve acquisition and retention process from prospecting to acquisition.

 

Job Qualifications and Experience:

  • BA in Business/Marketing/Finance degree required, MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of marketing digital marketing experience, and leading digital marketing teams.
  • Hands on experience developing and executing digital marketing programs from the ground up.
  • Experience in Paid Search, SEM, Display Ads, and all aspects of online advertising including evaluating and using metrics to determine ROI of various campaigns – will work cross-functionally with Marketing and Analytics team to maximize results and ROI.
  • Experience in managing media budgets of up to 25 million annually.
  • Experience with aspects of Digital Advertising including SEM bid management, Retargeting, etc.  Ideal candidate will have some experience with using Fractional Attribution software programs.
  • Strong analytical, mathematical skills, and forecasting/budgeting, with a high degree of analytical thinking, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to identify which data is relevant to drive decision making.
