Jim Cafaro

Jim Cafaro is an attorney who joins BrainWorks as the Director of Legal Recruitment for the Legal Division.  He has 10 years of experience in the recruiting industry.  Jim received in B.S. in Business Management from Virginia Tech and his Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University.  Jim was a Talent Consultant for LHH and was a top producer for the company during his tenure.  He specialized in placing attorneys in both interim and direct hire roles, as well as legal support professionals.  Jim’s experience in the legal industry spans a variety of practice areas, including Corporate, Real Estate, Estates & Trusts, Litigation, Intellectual Property, Mergers & Acquisitions, Labor & Employment, Healthcare and Financial Services.  His ability to build relationships with both clients and candidates enabled him to grow in the industry and led to him achieving All Star status as a top producer.

Jim’s professional and courteous conduct enables him to always keep his client’s and candidate’s best interest at the forefront.  He has worked with clients ranging from Top AM 100 law firms to boutiques, as well as Fortune 500 companies to startups.  Jim is committed to understanding and building lasting partnerships with both clients and candidates.

Currently, Jim resides in the Pittsburgh, PA area with his wife and two children.  He loves physical fitness, playing golf and is a passionate sports fan.  His favorite teams are the Pittsburgh Steelers, Penguins, Pirates and the Virginia Tech Hokies.  Jim enjoys spending time with his family and serving as a Deacon at his church.
