The decision to elevate a Practice Leader to a VP is carefully considered. It represents years of proven leadership, the ability to impact not just a single practice area, and countless client partnerships across industries and categories, as well as peers across the organization. Both Kelly and Bowen have demonstrated exactly that.
Since 2021, Kelly has led the Sales & Marketing Practice with exceptional results, establishing a reputation for connecting clients with transformative leaders who drive growth. She and her team have built deep relationships with clients, taking the time to truly understand their business, culture, and growth goals. This approach has allowed Kelly to consistently identify and place talent that both fits the role and strengthens the organization as a whole. Her ability to bring best practices to her team and her influence across BrainWorks has been felt well beyond her own practice.
Bowen has had a remarkable impact in Interim Accounting & Finance since he joined BrainWorks 4 years ago, building a practice known not just for speed but also for the exceptional quality of talent delivered. Because of their collaborative, high-touch approach, many clients choose to work with Bowen and his team on multiple roles, recognizing that their standard of excellence consistently outperforms other firms.
From our Partners’ perspective, promotions to VP are about more than just titles. They are about recognizing individuals whose leadership and vision elevate BrainWorks as a whole. Kelly and Bowen embody that standard—bringing not only expertise in their fields but also cross-practice influence that strengthens every team.
Their new roles reflect both a recognition of the value they have already created and a commitment to expand their impact across BrainWorks and for our clients. These promotions highlight the kind of leadership that defines our firm—leaders whose work delivers long-term results and meaningful partnerships.
