Farah Napack

Farah leads BrainWorks’ Private Equity, Private Credit and Corporate Development practice. Farah previously worked at SG Partners; a NYC-based executive search firm focused on financial services. At SG, she concentrated on post-MBA private equity and private credit. Previously, she spent two years at Bridgewater Associates, a macro-focused hedge fund. At Bridgewater she focused on management and investment recruiting. She began her career at Morgan Stanley in the Human Resources department supporting the fixed income and commodities, investment banking and global capital markets practices. Farah graduated from Boston University with a B.S in communications and holds an MPA degree from Baruch College.

Outside of work, Farah enjoys exploring Brooklyn, trying new restaurants, reading historical fiction, and spending time with her family.
