Analyst/Associate
A Dallas-based real estate private equity firm with 25+ years of experience in senior living and opportunistic commercial real estate is looking to add 2–3 talented investment professionals at the Analyst through Associate level to support continued growth.
The firm is currently investing out of its $400MM Fund VIII, with 70–80% allocated to senior living—a resilient, high-activity niche within real estate. They also invest across other property types, including industrial assets in Europe, and recently launched a new stabilized core fund. With a lean, high-performing team (~15 professionals) and a strong co-investment culture, this is a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure across the full investment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Underwrite new investments and build detailed financial models
- Support due diligence, market research, and IC materials
- Assist with asset management and portfolio oversight
- Work directly with senior leadership in a collaborative environment
Ideal Candidates:
- Analyst: 0–2 years of experience; strong Excel / finance skills
- Senior Analyst / Associate: 2–3 years of relevant experience
- Top 50 undergraduate degree, GPA 3.5+ preferred
- Real estate experience helpful but not required
