Interim Project Accountant

Interim Project Billing Analyst
Location: Hybrid in Pennsauken, NJ (Hybrid after first 30 Days in office for training)

Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 3 months (potential for extension and/or conversion)
Pay Rate: $34-40/HR (depending on experience & education/credentials)

Our team is working with a great client in the building materials construction industry seeking a Project Accountant for an interim assignment to support the existing team. This company is an industry leader in their space and the role has potential for a longer term assignment or possible a permanent conversion. This role is hybrid (2 days in office) after the first 30 Days of fully onsite training.

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1+ year of experience in accounting, AP, AR or billing, within the construction industry
• 1+ year of experience with AIA billing, invoicing, and change orders
• Experience working in a manual accounting environment
• Excel: Intermediate skills and abiliity to navigate spreadsheets and input data

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree
• AIA Billing and Change Orders
• Construction industry experience
• Experience with SAP, QuickBooks, or Procore
