Interim Sr Financial Analyst – Vendor Management

We’re partnering with a growing organization seeking an experienced Interim Senior Financial Analyst to support a high-priority vendor management initiative within the FP&A organization.

This consultant will help stabilize existing vendor management processes while identifying opportunities to improve workflows and increase automation. The ideal candidate enjoys balancing hands-on execution with continuous process improvement and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support vendor forecasting, budget tracking, and spend analysis
  • Maintain visibility into vendor activity and financial data
  • Assist with invoice tracking and related financial processes
  • Partner with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and business stakeholders
  • Evaluate existing workflows and recommend process improvements
  • Help transition manual processes into more scalable, automated solutions
  • Support ad hoc FP&A projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Analytics, or related field
  • 3-5+ years of FP&A, Corporate Finance, Financial Operations, or related experience
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
  • Experience improving financial or operational workflows
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

  • Procurement or vendor management experience
  • Experience with procurement systems (Coupa, Ariba, ZipHQ, or similar)
  • Experience with Tableau, Snowflake, or similar analytics platforms
  • Experience within high-growth technology, SaaS, healthcare, or fintech organizations
