About the Role:

Our client, a leading supplier of interior building products, is expanding a high-growth division focused on customizable finished goods packages for multi-family builders and developers. This is not your typical wholesale sales role—here, you’ll work directly with builders, developers, and GCs to deliver design-forward solutions at scale.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive sales of cabinetry and complementary interior products (countertops, millwork, casings, tile, sinks, fixtures, shower wall panels).
  • Build relationships with multi-family builders and developers, ensuring a consultative, high-touch experience.
  • Manage a fast-paced, mid-market sales cycle—think apartment complexes and condos, not custom luxury homes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for large-scale projects.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in building materials or related industries.
  • Proven success selling directly to builders/developers (not through supply houses or distributors).
  • Strong understanding of multi-family construction trends and ability to navigate high-volume, design-forward projects.
  • Experience with cabinetry is ideal; exposure to other interior products is a plus.
