About the Role:
Our client is conducting a confidential search for an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in the Florida territory. This role requires a proactive sales professional experienced in selling interior building products—including flooring, cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, and HVAC supplies—to contractors, developers, and remodelers. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment focused on quick-turn renovation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, remodelers, and renovation specialists.
- Sell a diverse portfolio of interior building products for multi-family projects.
- Deliver solutions that meet tight deadlines and project requirements.
- Manage territory sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience in construction or building products.
- Knowledge of interior building materials (plumbing, flooring, cabinetry, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
- Ability to engage with contractors, developers, and remodelers effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel throughout the I-4 corridor within Florida.
