WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
The Sr. Associate Marketing Manager at OWYN will be a key player in driving brand growth through integrated marketing efforts that blend strategic partnerships, digital execution, and disruptive brand-building initiatives. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Marketing, this role will lead cross-functional programs spanning brand partnerships, experiential marketing, content strategy, and customer marketing support. We’re looking for a resourceful, self-starter with a strong eye for emerging trends and the ability to execute marketing programs that punch above their weight and deepen brand connection across consumer touchpoints.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Influencer and Celebrity Partnerships
- Manage the execution of paid and organic influencer partnerships, including influencer agency management, aligned with brand objectives.
- Strategically identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with influencers and content creators that reflect OWYN’s brand values and audience goals.
- Oversee influencer campaign management, from outreach and contracting to briefing, execution, and reporting, with flexibility to shift between hands-on execution and agency oversight.
- Maintain a templated reporting process to track and showcase influencer campaign ROI, adapting KPIs based on campaign objectives.
Content Management
- Own the upkeep and optimization of digital assets across email, including maintaining the email calendar, developing copy, and collaborating with graphic designer partners to bring campaigns to life.
- Partner with external agency, World Pantry, to ensure timely email execution and deployment.
- Manage and optimize product detail page (PDP) content and digital ad content across DTC and retail platforms, liaising with the SG Digital Acceleration team and World Pantry team to ensure accurate, up-to-date content and on-time launches.
Experiential and Field Marketing Partnerships
- Execute experiential marketing initiatives, including boutique fitness partnerships, pop-up events, and field activations, to drive brand trial and awareness.
- Plan and coordinate field marketing activities that engage hyper-targeted wellness and fitness communities aligned with OWYN’s consumer base.
Community Strategy Support
- Partner closely with the Community and Social Media teams to build organic brand advocacy programs and word-of-mouth growth initiatives.
- Lead and strategize community initiatives, with executional support of the Associate Marketing Manager.
Customer Marketing Support
- Provide customer marketing support as needed, including the development of sales decks, retail program materials, and content aligned with retail partner needs.
Budget Management
- Track samples, gifting, and event budgets monthly, ensuring efficient use of resources and clear ROI reporting.
KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills with experience managing high-visibility partnerships.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Creative and collaborative, with the ability to turn strategic goals into actionable marketing executions.
- Passion for health, wellness, and the OWYN brand mission is a plus
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in influencer marketing, partnership marketing, experiential marketing, or brand marketing roles, preferably within CPG, beverage, or wellness industries. Experience supporting product compliance with U.S. regulations and exposure to international market requirements
- Strong project management, communication, and reporting skills
- Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems, social media platforms, and partnership marketing best practices.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The health, satisfaction and well-being of our employees are important to us and an integral part of our organization’s goals. In this spirit, we are excited to share the available compensation for this role, which includes a base salary range and an annual short-term incentive.
We provide the base salary range, exclusive of benefits or additional incentives (highlighted here). Additionally, this position is eligible for a 10% annual short-term incentive. If you are hired at Simply Goods Foods, your final base salary compensation will be determined based upon such factors as: geographic locations, skills, training, education and/or experience. Please keep in mind that hiring at the compensation range maximum would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
HQ or OFFICE-BASED:
CA salary range is: $96,000 – $120,000
