Key Responsibilities

  • Discovery & Needs Analysis
    • Partner with Sales to uncover technical and business challenges.
    • Translate requirements into tailored solution designs.
  • Compelling Presentations & Demos
    • Deliver engaging product demos that resonate with executives and practitioners alike.
    • Showcase both symbolic and digital recognition capabilities.
  • Proof of Concept Leadership
    • Configure and manage trial environments.
    • Demonstrate ROI and adoption potential through hands-on examples.
  • Sales & Proposal Support
    • Respond to RFPs, create technical documentation, and support competitive positioning.
    • Arm Sales with consultative insights that accelerate deals.
  • Feedback & Continuous Innovation
    • Capture customer feedback to inform product roadmaps.
    • Serve as the conduit between market needs and product innovation.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in SaaS pre-sales, sales engineering, or consulting roles.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to explain complex concepts simply.
  • Excellent presentation, storytelling, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience managing proof-of-concepts and ROI analysis.
  • Ability to build trust with both executives and technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborative mindset—works seamlessly with Sales, Product, and Success.
  • Mission-driven orientation: belief in recognition as a driver of business outcomes.
