What You’ll Do
Shape the Strategy
- Design and execute a bold, insight-driven customer success strategy—from onboarding to expansion.
- Own the entire customer lifecycle, ensuring every client has a seamless, value-rich experience.
- Translate data into action, driving proactive engagement and measurable outcomes.
Be the Customer’s Champion
- Act as the ultimate voice of the customer, bringing feedback to product, marketing, and operations.
- Build deep, trusted relationships with senior decision makers, driving renewals and growth.
- Launch creative engagement initiatives to boost product adoption, redemption, and satisfaction.
Drive Growth
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that expand revenue and wallet share.
- Partner with Sales and Product leadership to align on growth plays and go-to-market strategy.
- Tailor account strategies for diverse industries and customer segments.

- Lead a high-performing support team that delivers rapid, empathetic, and lasting solutions.
