BrainWorks, a Hunt Scanlon top 50 executive search firm, has announced that Jordan Kaliher will lead the firm’s Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) practice, succeeding company founder Andy Miller, who has guided the practice since its inception more than three decades ago and will shift his full time focus to CEO.

The CPG practice holds a unique place in the firm’s history. It was the first practice established at BrainWorks 35 years ago, when Andy founded the company to focus on executive talent for consumer-focused organizations. For the past 34 years, Andy has personally led the CPG practice, helping build BrainWorks into a trusted partner for leading brands across the consumer products landscape.

Jordan’s appointment marks a natural next chapter for the practice.

Originally joining BrainWorks as a Director of Client Services in 2021, Jordan built her career within the firm’s Sales & Marketing Practice, where she developed deep relationships with CPG organizations and emerging consumer brands. Through her work with high-growth companies and established industry leaders, she has become known for her strong network and nuanced understanding of the talent needs shaping the consumer products sector.

Jordan has cultivated deep partnerships across the CPG sector, partnering with leadership teams to build high-performing organizations during periods of growth and change. Her ability to connect companies with high-impact talent across multiple functions has made her a trusted advisor to CPG executives navigating critical talent decisions.

As the leader of the CPG practice, Jordan will continue BrainWorks’ long-standing mission of helping consumer brands identify and attract top executive and functional talent. With deep industry insight and a proven record of success, she is well positioned to carry forward the legacy of the firm’s founding practice while supporting the next generation of consumer product companies.

Jordan’s leadership reflects BrainWorks’ continued commitment to the CPG industry and the evolving talent strategies required to drive growth in a rapidly changing consumer marketplace.
