Ciara Nugent

Ciara joined BrainWorks in October 2026 as the Business Development Operations Coordinator, as part of the Sales and Marketing team. She brings over five years of experience in recruitment across agency and in-house environments, with a background spanning talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, business development, and recruitment process improvement across a range of industries and international markets. She combines a strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle with a passion for building relationships, supporting business growth, strengthening client partnerships, and improving workflows and operational efficiency. 

Ciara holds a bachelor’s degree in international business and French from Dublin City University. Originally from Ireland, she now lives in Spain, where she enjoys exploring the local culture, travelling and trying out different Spanish tapas.
