Gavin Lang is a Partner & Practice Director with international experience through the UK, European & US executive search markets.
He has over 10 years of commercial experience across Financial Services & Technology Implementations with a focus on Front Office Trading markets. Gavin and the team have an intricate knowledge of the Front office and technology landscape and have successfully completed retained assignments and managed services for a growing number of Funds, Trade houses and Commercial Food and Beverage organizations.
Initially Gavin spent several years in the UK and then Spain gaining exposure to both onsite and nearshore consulting as well as supporting a startup technology business through to acquisition. Whilst in Spain Gavin also had the chance to run a team and play in the Barcelona Soccer League which involved recruiting players from all four corners of the globe and lifelong friends as a bonus!
In 2017 Gavin relocated to the US and lives with his family in Naples, Florida when he is not traveling regularly across the major trading hubs.
Gavin graduated from the University of Swansea with a Bachelor of Science in Business and Finance.
