Hoda Pishvaie

Hoda Pishvaie joins BrainWorks as the Director and has built her career at the intersection of sales, marketing, and digital, bringing more than ten years of experience advising organizations from global enterprises to high-growth start-ups. Her foundation in creative and advertising has shaped her consultative approach and ability to partner with leaders navigating transformation.

Earlier in her career, Hoda worked at a leading technology company, where she collaborated with Product, Engineering, and Sales to guide strategy, streamline operations, and support the rollout of a global self-service platform. She later became a senior leader within a specialized executive search firm in New York, where she developed a reputation for delivering senior talent across commercial, marketing, and digital roles. At 24 Seven, she also built and led high-performing teams while expanding the firm’s presence into new market sectors.

Hoda earned her degree from the University of Washington and remains active in mentorship and community engagement, particularly supporting Iranian-American students. She is fluent in Farsi and conversational in Spanish. Hoda has a reputation for transforming new clients into established relationships and candidates into friendships.
