Jessica Belisle

A fifth-generation Colorado native & Colorado State alumni, Jessica Belisle brings deep roots and a strong network to her role as a Director within BrainWorks’ Interim Accounting & Finance Practice. Based in Denver, Jessica partners with clients across industries to build high-performing finance teams. She works with companies of all sizes—from startups to Fortune 500—to solve business challenges and empower professionals in her network to succeed.

With 7+ years of experience in the staffing industry, Jessica has developed expertise in both consultative sales and recruiting top-tier accounting and finance talent. Prior to joining BrainWorks, she excelled at the one of the nation’s largest privately held staffing firm, consistently recognized for “Best in Client Service.” During her tenure, she earned four promotions in four years, received multiple top performer awards recognized nationwide, and played a key role in expanding the firm’s Denver presence and market share.

Jessica is known for her consultative, relationship-driven approach and proven ability to deliver exceptional results for both clients and candidates. Outside of work, you can catch her at a Broncos/Avs/Nuggets game, seeing live music and spending time with friends, family, and her Husky-Lab mix, Balto (“Bo”).
