Jordan is a seasoned leader and trusted recruiting partner, bringing over a decade of experience in executive and professional search. She began her career at Robert Half Technology, where she led high-performing teams focused on technical infrastructure and quickly established herself as a top performer. She later joined TriSearch, managing the firm’s largest client relationships and consistently delivering results year after year.
Jordan joined BrainWorks in 2021 and spent her first four years building and leading the Sales & Marketing practice into one of the firm’s top-performing divisions. Today, she is honored to step into the role of Managing Director, where she leads BrainWorks’ flagship CPG practice with a deep sense of responsibility and gratitude.
A Colorado native, Jordan resides in the Denver area with her husband and three children. She holds a degree in Industrial–Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University.
