Jordan Kaliher

Jordan is an experienced Account Manager, Recruiter, and leader bringing to the table over 7 years of expertise in technology recruiting, executive, and retained search. Jordan began her career as a Senior Recruiter, and later Division Director for Robert Half Technology in Colorado where she led high-performing teams focused in technical infrastructure. At TriSearch, Jordan spent 4 years focused on fully retained work across a broad variety of industries ranging from CPG, Manufacturing, and Packaging to SaaS, Entertainment, and Financial Services. As an Account Manager, she managed strategic relationships with some of TriSearch’s largest clients. She has personally led strategic executive searches for roles such as COO, CIO, and Chief Diversity Officer. She is a continuous learner and is proud to be an AIRS Certified Diversity Recruiter.

Jordan is a Colorado native, received her degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University, and is the proud mom of 2 beautiful children. Jordan has cultivated the ability to quickly form genuine relationships with both clients and candidates through a clear, open, and authentic manner of communication.
