Laina McInerney

Laina brings more than three years of recruiting and business development experience to BrainWorks’ Accounting & Finance Interim Team. Throughout her career, Laina has partnered closely with clients to understand their workforce challenges while connecting skilled professionals with opportunities that align with their experience and career goals. She specializes in helping organizations identify and secure top talent for temporary, project-based, and interim staffing needs. She is passionate about building lasting relationships and providing a high level of service to both clients and candidates. 

After spending the past several years in Raleigh, North Carolina, Laina is excited to return to her roots in the Philadelphia area. As a Philadelphia native and graduate of Penn State University, she comes by her love of sports naturally and enjoys staying active, whether she’s cheering on her favorite Pennsylvania sports teams, training for her next run, or joining a recreational sports league. When she’s not on the move, Laina enjoys spending time with family and friends and tending to her ever-growing houseplant collection.
