Madison Bertram is a Director with BrainWorks supporting the Sales & Marketing Practice. She brings over 8 years of experience cultivated while working at one of the world’s largest recruiting firms. Throughout her career, she has specialized in both direct hire and temporary recruitment across a wide variety of industries and roles. Madison leverages her Bachelor’s degree in Business focused in Marketing Management from Western Governor’s University to understand the broader business needs, creating compelling go-to-market strategies that are customized to each individual search. 

Her philosophy is simple: great customer service is key to establishing and maintaining trust, and that starts with communication. Madison really takes the time to listen and understand what’s important, because the real magic is found in the details. She’s detail oriented and works with urgency and passion; she genuinely cares about the outcome. She knows how stressful the hiring process and job search can be, so she does everything she can to make the process smooth, supportive, and successful. 

When she’s not busy making perfect connections, she is spending quality time with her husband, their two beautiful children, and their family dog. As a New Mexico native, she loves getting outdoors, camping and traveling, trying new recipes in the kitchen, curling up with a good book, and making lasting memories with friends and family.
