Michael Rouillard

Michael joins BrainWorks as a Senior Search Consultant for the Private Equity and Sales/Marketing practices. Prior to joining BrainWorks, Michael worked at Smith & Wilkinson where he focused on executive recruiting in the financial services industry. Michael began his career at Epic Search Partners where he served agency clients within the digital marketing space. He is razor focused on finding the perfect candidate for all his searches and enjoys the relationship side of the business.

Before joining the search industry, Michael served as a Cavalry Scout for 5-1 CAV in Fort Wainwright, Alaska. He holds a B.S in Leadership and Organizational Studies from the University of Southern Maine.

In his free time, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, woodworking, and playing guitar.
