Samantha is a Senior Client Manager with BrainWorks supporting the Sales & Marketing Practice. She brings four years of executive search and recruiting experience, partnering closely with clients to identify exceptional talent and deliver successful hiring outcomes. Working on the fulfillment side of the search process, Samantha collaborates hand in hand with hiring leaders to understand their needs and connect them with candidates who make a lasting impact.
Known for her attention to detail and quick follow-up, Samantha takes pride in creating a seamless experience for both clients and candidates. She believes that strong communication, responsiveness, and genuine partnership are the foundation of every successful search. By taking the time to understand each client’s unique goals and every candidate’s career aspirations, she builds relationships that extend well beyond a single placement.
Originally from Delaware, Samantha now calls Charlotte, North Carolina home, where she lives with her husband, Marc, and their black Labrador, Casey. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Temple University, a Master of Science in Exercise Sciences from Ithaca College, and a Master of Education in Higher Education and Leadership from Temple University. Outside of work, Samantha enjoys traveling, cooking, staying active, and spending time with family, friends, and Casey.
