Stephanie Fitzgerald

Stephanie Fitzgerald joins BrainWorks as a Director within the Industrial Practice, bringing extensive experience in executive search, talent acquisition, and human capital strategy. She specializes in Sales, Marketing, and Operations leadership roles and has partnered with organizations to identify and attract high-impact talent across a range of industries, including Industrial, Consumer, Technology, and Professional Services. 

Prior to joining BrainWorks, Stephanie worked at a leading global executive search firm, where she focused on senior-level search and partnered with clients to build high-performing teams across Sales, Marketing, and Operations. Earlier in her career, she spent eight years with a SaaS organization in the health and human services industry, where she helped scale teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Professional Services, and Engineering. Known for her highly relational and consultative approach, Stephanie quickly builds trust with clients and candidates and focuses on creating lasting alignment between exceptional talent and an organization’s business goals, culture, and long-term vision. 

Stephanie earned her degree from the University of Tampa. Born and raised in New Jersey, she now lives in Lakewood Ranch, Florida with her husband and adorable son, Georgie. Outside of work, Stephanie loves bringing friends and family together, whether she’s creating an extravagant charcuterie table or hosting a dinner party that would make Martha Stewart proud.
