Ashley Peretick supports the BrainWorks Sales and Marketing Practice as a Director of Client Services. With over a decade of recruitment experience, she has accumulated expertise in both candidate engagement and key account management, spanning across functionalities and industries.

Ashley leads with an impressive sense of urgency and commitment to the client. Focused on building trust and genuine relationships though direct and honest communication, integrity, quick results and true partnership. She creates a space for integration and regular involvement to be aligned as an additional arm to the client’s process while offering guidance, support and solutions for optimal results. That includes the passion in creating a platform for ongoing candidate relationships and identifying an ideal match to cultivate a longstanding candidate relationship and a satisfied client. Ashley is currently focused on Sales and Marketing recruiting. but has more of a generalist approach and experience.

Ashley was born about 40 miles North of Chicago, IL and recently relocated to Southeast, WI with her large family that includes 6 boys. Her favorite season is baseball season while supporting her sons in their travel baseball endeavors.
