About the Role:
We are seeking a Finance Director based in Northern Atlanta, reporting directly to the CFO. This role will be a key part of the segment and will be responsible for driving strategic financial planning, overseeing budgeting processes, conducting detailed financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping the financial direction of the business and supporting key decision-making processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the creation and review of financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support company growth and long-term sustainability.
  • Work with senior leaders to set financial goals, objectives, and performance measures.
  • Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring it aligns with the company’s strategic and operational plans.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Provide senior management with insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
  • Stay up to date with changes in accounting standards and ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate with auditors to support audits and address findings.
  • Deliver timely and accurate financial reports to senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to assist in strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with other teams and senior leaders to support business goals.

Qualifications:

  • 10-15 years of hands-on experience of job-related experience
  • Manufacturing experience required
  • 4-8 years of management experience
  • Finance degree required
  • MBA preferred
