ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Finance based in Northern Atlanta, reporting directly to the Director of Finance. The role will provide strategic leadership and direction for the finance and accounting operations within the business segment. This dynamic team manages a range of critical financial activities, from in-depth reporting and analysis to optimizing margins, pricing strategies, and overall business performance insights.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and analysis of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Provide actionable insights into variances and trends to inform decision-making.
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of accurate and timely financial reports.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support strategic business decisions.
- Evaluate the financial impact of business initiatives and offer recommendations.
- Identify and evaluate potential financial risks.
- Design and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting principles, and internal guidelines.
- Collaborate with auditors and regulatory agencies as required.
- Identify and drive process improvements in financial operations and reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 7-10 years of hands-on experience of job-related experience
- Manufacturing experience required
- 2-5 years of management experience
- Finance degree required
- MBA preferred
