Our client is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to join their team. This job provides leadership and management to Inside Sales and Customer Service Reps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and coach customer service associates to meet both individual and team performance goals, while promoting career growth, positive culture, and company values.
  • Manage order entry into the ERP system, ensuring accuracy in pricing, terms, product details, and shipping instructions.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
  • Maintain accurate sales orders with realistic shipping dates.
  • Oversee customer files, including pricing, payment terms, and contact information.
  • Partner with internal supply chain departments to manage customer orders and meet expectations.
  • Process product returns, warranties, and invoice adjustments promptly, ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Communicate daily with Sales Representatives to address pricing inquiries, discrepancies, and status updates.
  • Maintain accurate price books and ensure timely implementation of price increases in the invoicing system.
  • Report competitive activities to the Sales team.
  • Resolve customer conflicts and manage escalations as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma required (college degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in inside sales and customer service management.
  • 2+ years of supervisory or management experience preferred.
