Our team is working with a great client to assist in hiring an Interim AR & Collections Specialist for the next 3-4 months. This is a fully remote position to assist our client in catching up on a backlog of invoicing and collections efforts.

Must Have Requirements (must match each qualification):

  • Must Have Requirements (must match each qualification):
  • 5+ years of AR and collections experience including contract review
  • Experience with Sage Intacct, Salesforce, and vendor portals Coupa & Aruba
  • Experience contacting customers or external parties for follow up inquiries and collections efforts
  • Intermediate Excel skills including the ability to utilize/create pivot tables and lookups

Highly Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a complex revenue recognition environment and/or experience in the subscription industry
  • Experience with Stripe
