Responsibilities:
- Expand and manage footprint among major enterprise clients.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients in maximizing the platform’s value.
- Engage in consultative selling to support clients’ digital transformation.
- Cultivate relationships with executives at large global and regional companies.
- Communicate client needs to internal teams, helping shape product development.
- Lead talent acquisition and retention efforts.
- Foster a results-driven, client-focused team.
Key Activities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies from lead generation to closure.
- Build and manage relationships with top executives and decision-makers.
- Conduct outreach to establish new partnerships and deepen client engagement.
- Guide customers through implementation and ensure a successful adoption cycle.
- Lead contract negotiations for new and renewal agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic customer plans.
- Track and report on sales performance, targets, and customer health.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years in enterprise SaaS sales
- 10+ years of experience with TMS
- Proven success in navigating and managing sales in complex organizations.
- Strong experience in sales strategy, team leadership, and closing large contracts.
- Expertise in client relationship management and SaaS product positioning.
- Skilled at engaging with senior executives and facilitating digital adoption.
- Experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain
