BrainWorks is excited to be retained by our client partner, a privately-held, fast-growing legal tech firm in the US.
Our client has over 40 years of expertise serving mid-market legal firms across North America. They are a Tier 1 provider of practice management and financial software with over 70,000 members using their products to maximize their firm’s performance.
They are seeking an ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (New Business SaaS Sales) to be a part of their exciting and impressive growth trajectory.
The Account Executive will be responsible for new customer acquisition in their assigned territory. As of today, there are 4 net-new territories open (ALL REMOTE BY TIMEZONE): Southeast US (2), MidAtlantic, and Pacific Northwest.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be self-motivated to build and manage a new business pipeline, from prospect to close with the help of a BDR team
- Have proven success cold calling executives (managers and C-level decision makers), uncovering needs, and proposing solutions
- Have a strong hunter mentality, and is eager to join a team that will support their career growth and learning while helping build this business and reach financial goals
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a BDR or AE role in SaaS/ Tech
- Ability to travel 25-50% of the time as needed
