Accounts Payable Supervisor – Permanent Position

📍 Onsite | 🕒 Full-Time | 💼 Direct Hire | 💵 $55,000–$65,000/year

We’re partnering with a growing company looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead their Accounts Payable function. This is a fully onsite role reporting to the Director of Shared Services and offers the opportunity to step into a leadership position managing a team of 3 AP clerks. If you’re a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys digging into the details, this could be a great next move.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead and support a team of 3 AP clerks
  • Manage the weekly AP payment run and monthly credit card payments
  • Oversee monthly reconciliation processes
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all supplier communications
  • Maintain accuracy in financial data and ensure compliance with internal controls

Must-Have Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration

3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable

Experience using a large ERP system (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or MS Dynamics)

Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs

High attention to detail and accuracy working with financial data

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

Manufacturing industry experience

Familiarity with raw materials procurement or cost management

Power BI knowledge

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
