AR Collections Specialist (6-Month Contract with potential for conversion)
📍 Leawood, KS | 🕒 Full-Time | 🏢 Hybrid (after 4–5 weeks onsite) | 💵 $27/hour

We’re partnering with a reputable company in Leawood, KS seeking an experienced AR Collections Specialist for a six-month contract. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing a large book of business, solving complex collections issues, and being part of a collaborative team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing a large portfolio of client accounts with complex collections needs
  • Running and distributing account statements
  • Monitoring and responding to the AR inbox in a timely manner
  • Communicating with internal teams and customers professionally and clearly
  • Processing credit card payments and check deposits
  • Running reports and supporting multiple locations with their collections processes
  • Utilizing Excel (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables) for analysis and reporting

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years in a high-volume, complex AR collections role
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • A team player who contributes positively to team culture
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
