King of Prussia, PA | 💼 Hybrid (3 days onsite after training) | ⏳ 3-month contract-to-hire

We’re partnering with a rapidly growing shared services team supporting 40+ locations across the East Coast, and they’re looking to add TWO experienced AR Specialists to their high-performing finance team!

This is a 3-month contract-to-hire opportunity with full-time potential based on performance. The first 90 days will be fully onsite in King of Prussia for hands-on training, then transition to a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite / 2 days remote).

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage AR across 10–15 inboxes and customer databases
  • Process ACH returns, financing deposits, credit card refunds, and wire payments
  • Go onsite to collect and deposit physical checks
  • Support collection reporting and analysis (but no direct collections)
  • Keep things organized while juggling high-volume data and tight deadlines

What We’re Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or higher
  • 5+ years of AR experience including ACH, wires, and refund processing
  • Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis)
  • Experience in a high-volume, unstructured AR environment
  • Ability to adapt quickly and communicate clearly
  • Experience with ERP systems like SAGE Intacct, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or JD Edwards

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with SAGE Intacct and/or ServiceTitan
  • Background in Private Equity-backed businesses or service companies
  • You’ve built or improved AR processes in a past role
