JOB SUMMARY:

A leading manufacturing organization is urgently hiring, within their accounting team, for an Accounts Receivable professional. The ideal candidate must have full cycle accounts receivable experience along with strong technical skills. Candidates must be commutable to Lehigh County, PA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for processing and applying payments.
  • Reconciling accounts receivable ledgers to ensure all payments are accounted for.
  • Cash applications and supporting the accounts receivable inbox.
  • Following up on overdue payments.
  • Coordinate with customers to establish payment plans.
  • Generating reports on outstanding receivables.
  • Analyzing payment trends and identifying potential issues.

QUALIFICATIONS & BENEFITS:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 4+ years of relevant professional accounts receivable experience
