AR Specialist (Contract-to-Hire)

Our team is working with a leading food services company in the Denver market to support an upcoming medical leave within the Accounts Receivable department. This is a great team with a “work hard, play hard” attitude that enjoys having fun and supporting each other, while getting the job done!

Compensation: $26-28/hr
Duration: 3-6 Months
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Hybrid – Denver DTC**

Must Have Requirements (must match each qualification):

  • 2+ years of progressive accounts receivable experience, including experience with deductions and chargebacks
  • Experience with remittance research and customer outreach
  • Experience with 3rd party portals
  • Experience with collections on past due invoices (B2B)
  • Intermediate Excel skills including the ability to produce Pivot Tables and utilize Lookup functions

Highly Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with MS Dynamics Great Plains
  • Experience working in the food supply or grocery industry

**The position will work on a hybrid schedule. The first week of each month will be fully in-office and all other weeks will be 2 days in-office (Wednesday & Thursday) and 3 days remote.
