Our client, a leading organization in the gaming, hospitality, and retail space, is looking for an Associate Data Scientist to join their growing Strategic Analytics team. This role is part of a high-visibility Center of Excellence supporting enterprise-wide initiatives through advanced data science, predictive modeling, and business reporting.

This individual will work cross-functionally to deliver insights across marketing, loyalty, and retail operations—leveraging SQL, Python or R, and dashboarding tools like Tableau or Power BI. The ideal candidate is technically strong, business-minded, and confident taking initiative in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Education & Experience:

  • BS, MS, MBA, or PHD in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, or Mathematics
  • 3+ years of experience in data science, marketing analytics, or business intelligence
  • Industry experience in gaming, hospitality, loyalty, or retail strongly preferred

Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in SQL, Python and/or R
  • Experience building dashboards in Tableau or Power BI
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with minimal supervision
