Responsibilities include:

• Develop and manage channel marketing strategies
• Deliver pricing, product mix, and promotion strategies to achieve business objectives
• Develop and deploy integrated marketing communication plans and marketing programs for the channel
• Create and maintain channel segmentation and key persona analysis for each segment. Ensure development of content and collateral for each persona, including messaging, skills-building and incentives to drive product launches, marketing campaigns, channel programs and account-specific marketing
• Measure promotion and programs’ effectiveness against business goals and provide analysis to drive improvements

Ideal candidates will have:

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years experience in Sales and/or Marketing
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
• Strong project management skills
• Experience in the Consumer/Durable Goods industry is a plus
