The ideal candidate is self-motivated and ready to take on new challenges. This is a highly trusted position and will require discretion in handling both business and personal information.”


• Manages all day-to-day accounting activities (general ledger, payroll, billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, etc.) for multiple entities
• Performing quarter-end closings
• Tracking fixed assets and preparing depreciation schedules
• Coordinate with accountants to file timely tax returns
• Assist in budget creation and forecasting models
• Manage Secretary of State and other filing requirements
• Assist with insurance renewals and benefit administration
• Provide administrative support to the CEO and COO
• Team calendar management and meeting coordination
• Prepare documents for meetings and take minutes as necessary
• Duties may include personal support for family and executives


• QuickBooks certification preferred
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• 5+ years of experience in a bookkeeping and/or Executive Admin role
• Advanced accounting and bookkeeping software experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel a must
• Detail-oriented with exceptionally strong initiative and ownership of work, solid judgment and execution skills
• Experience with financial statements, brokerage accounts, business and personal tax returns
• Experience managing highly confidential information with discretion and care.
• Accepts doing a variety of activities as part of the role and isn’t constrained by what the job “should be”
• Family Office experience a plus
• Interest in Regenerative Agriculture a plus
