Our client, a global leader in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry, with a focus on sustainability and healthy ingredients has retained our practice to place a Buyer focused on ingredients and packaging procurement and sourcing. This newly created role due to growth, will be based onsite in Indianapolis, IN with relocation assistance available if needed. Ideal candidates will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, purchasing or related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of food ingredient (sweeteners a plus) and/or packaging procurement experience
• Vendor management experience including Scorecards and QBR’s is a plus
• Experience with MRP / ERP systems
• Collaborative and relationship driven personality
