Acquired in 2022 by private equity, the company has continued to invest in operations and scale the business to new heights expanding its products and services and market share nationally.

The Company is seeking a strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a critical role in driving the financial strategy of a growing and profitable business that is exceeding its growth targets. The CFO will oversee all financial activities, ensure the company’s financial health, and lead merger and acquisition (M&A) initiatives, including integration efforts. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Develop and implement financial strategies that support the company’s growth objectives.
• Partner with the CEO and executive team to drive financial performance and profitability.
• Lead long-term financial planning and analysis to support strategic initiatives.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with GAAP.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and investor communications.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Oversee the company’s accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, and risk management functions.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial systems.
• Optimize the company’s capital structure and working capital management.
• Serve as the primary financial liaison with private equity partners.
• Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and analyses to the board of directors and investors.

Seeking an FP&A focused CFO. Someone that has scaled a company through strategic M&A resulting in a successful exit.
