Our client is a portfolio company of a ~$7B middle-market private equity firm that is executing a buy-and-build strategy within its early childhood education platform. The platform was acquired in early 2025 and has completed 7 acquisitions in the last 3 months, with a significant pipeline ahead.
They’re looking to add a Corporate Development Associate/Senior Associate to help drive a high volume of accretive acquisitions. The role will have meaningful ownership across financial analysis, due diligence, and transaction execution, covering de novo, single-site, and multi-site acquisitions. The Associate will report directly to the Head of Corporate Development.
Candidates will ideally have 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.
