Our client, a fast-growing technology company and a leader in its category, is in an exciting transformative stage and is seeking a talented Customer Communications Manager to join its growing team. This person will be responsible for developing and executing overarching communication strategy across online and offline channels that increases customer engagement and drives behaviors that support business priorities for their new and existing business to business customers.

Ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field with Preferred MBA
• 5-7+ years of experience in B2B digital and print marketing roles with focus on new and existing B2B customers
• Demonstrated copywriting skills (comfortable with both business and creative writing)
• Proficient with CRM systems and digital marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, Marketo or Eloqua
• Demonstrated project management skills and use of project management tools (Workfront, JIRA or similar)
