ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced Demand Generation Manager to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in marketing automation, ABM strategies, and performance-driven digital marketing. You will play a key role in executing and optimizing demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, with a focus on measurable results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including digital advertising, email marketing, paid media, and website optimization.
- Manage marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo) to drive engagement, lead nurturing, and conversions.
- Implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, utilizing tools such as 6sense to identify and target high-value accounts.
- Oversee ad buys, Google Ads, and other paid media efforts, ensuring campaigns align with business objectives.
- Optimize landing pages and digital assets to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Develop and manage targeting strategies, including ID list building and media selection to match ideal customer personas.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven optimizations.
- Work closely with the Demand Generation leadership to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5-10+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing roles.
- Deep technical expertise in HubSpot and Marketo; experience with 6senseor similar ABM tools is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, lead generation, and funnel optimization.
- Proven experience managing digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, programmatic, etc.).
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience working in fast-paced, results-driven environments with a high emphasis on KPIs and performance metrics.
- Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders.
