Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

The FP& A Director, reporting directly to the CFO, will be responsible for leading the FP&A function for the Company and assisting the CFO on setting strategies and implementing reporting and process initiatives across the company. Focus will be on establishing and driving the company’s financial planning and analysis function with an emphasis on performance improvement, providing quality management information, and furthering the development of scalable reporting systems and processes, analytical tools, and key performance metrics.


• Analyzing key performance indicators, cost of sales, operating expenses, and capital expenditures includes developing financial models and decision-making tools. Providing strategic insights and conclusions based on this analysis.
• Lead the monthly Financial Planning and Analysis process and work closely with accounting to ensure a timely accurate month-end & year-end closings.
• Lead and drive the annual planning process, support the company’s long-range planning in benchmark studies, market research, etc.
• Drive processes to improve efficiencies
• Acquire and maintain a thorough understanding of business issues, strategies and risks and profitability opportunities
• Review monthly results with Operations and/or Project Delivery teams on a monthly basis to highlight performance and coordinate on forecasts
• Monitor multiple contracts, review and process invoices and contractor reports


• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.)
• 2-3 years plus of related experience in manufacturing, wholesale and/or retail environments
• Superb ability to multitask and prioritize while maintain attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills required.
• A data-savvy individual proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience analyzing and interpreting multiple data set.
• Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
• High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
• Creative, flexible, and innovative team player.
• Commitment to excellence and high standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
