The Director of Digital Marketing Measurement will be responsible for linking paid precision media to business outcomes for multiple brands. This leader will champion the precision media program including, but not limited to, paid search, programmatic digital, display, and online video. You will to drive the analysis, optimization and ROI of all precision media in partnership with key organizational stakeholders. You will use marketing, customer and business data to inform insights and hypotheses for how to improve the efficacy of precision channel level investments.

Key to your success will be the ability to collaborate with other channel leads to drive integrated marketing plans that deliver against company and business goals. S/he will inform the learning agenda for cross-channel media investment and optimization at all levels.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate will be business oriented, obsessed with understanding business goals and adept at using diagnostic marketing metrics as leading indicators of business outcomes
• The ideal candidate is an accomplished media strategist who has a proven track record of linking precision media activity to business outcomes
• S/he will have managed high-performance teams that are responsible for driving growth through the development of sound business cases backed by analytical rigor
• S/he will be a ‘hands-on’ leader able to shift from visionary/strategic thinker to a tactical expert able to deliver on the strategies developed
