Your mission:
Lead, guide, and steer the Manufacturing Engineering department to supercharge new product launches, elevate ongoing product evolution, and optimize our operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities that ignite passion:
- Supervise ingenious Manufacturing Engineering Managers across diverse product lines, spanning innovations in orthopedics.
- Forge impactful collaborations with Design Engineering, Product Management, Quality Assurance, Materials, and Operations teams to orchestrate transformative outcomes.
- Strategically align our Manufacturing Engineering team’s human and financial resources to harmonize with our business goals.
- Champion the annual budget submission process, infusing it with your visionary insights.
- Rev up business performance by ameliorating product speed to market, upscaling throughput, reducing waste, slashing overall costs, and elevating safety protocols.
- Foster innovation by evaluating and advocating for new technologies that underpin both our current and future product lines. Ensure unfaltering support for new products through adept management of internal and external resources. Elevate the consistency and precision of information and documentation.
Your background:
A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline, forms the foundation of your expertise. Your remarkable journey includes a decade of hands-on manufacturing experience within a regulated industry, ideally in the realm of medical devices. You bring a decade’s worth of proven leadership in your arsenal, a testament to your abilities in guiding teams towards greatness. Your deep understanding of FDA, ISO, and OSHA compliance.
